For his final year project at the Design Academy Eindhoven in The Netherlands, Dutch designer, Niels van Roij, created a futuristic concept car proposal for TVR. Named Artemis after the Hellenic goddess of hunt, childbirth, virginity and fertility, this concept car has been designed to incorporate four in-wheel electric motors powered by fuel-cells that turn hydrogen into electricity. The designer was inspired by the brand and history of TVR and hence chose to design the Artemis for his final year project. The designer has even equipped the car with LED lighting. In the engine bay a spoiler system can be found, providing down force. The air coming in at the front of the car is being directed over this spoiler. It also feeds the fuel cells and the in-hub motors for cooling. An eco friendly car, this simple yet desirable car definite screams for attention.
